FRIENDSHIP WEEK
OCTOBER 2013
Friendship week took place once again this year, with many fun events organised throughout the week including friendship bracelet making, baking friendship cookies, and lunchtime movie screenings in the Barn run by our team of student Anti-Bullying Ambassadors. Each student in the school also made a print of their hand to create a friendship tree. By adding their handprint to the tree they commited to friendship, treating their peers with respect, contributing towards a happy school environment, being inclusive and having a positive attitude towards their fellow students and school life in general.

FRIENDSHIP WEEK ART
OCTOBER 2012

This week was devoted to a special friendship week to encourage a friendly and inclusive atmosphere throughout the school and heighten awareness of our anti-bullying policy. A range of activities were organised by the Student Council with assemblies and form time devoted each morning to Friendship. Displays around the school included decorated hands and mobiles by the Art students, friendship hands on SPHE board with friendship quotes around the school. Some of the girls wrote excellent poems on the meaning of friendship and enjoyed making friendship bracelets at lunchtime.
